Life Revisions Counseling, LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a Maryland limited liability company providing licensed counseling services, immigration psychological evaluations, forensic evaluations, and related professional services. The founder and clinical director is Olivia L. Baylor, LCPC, NCC, BC-TMH.
## 2. No provider-client relationship through the website

Using the site, contacting us, or reading our materials does not create a counselor-client, evaluator-client, or professional-client relationship. A professional relationship is established only after we mutually agree in writing to provide services and you have signed the applicable engagement or consent documents.
