I've made this a reality by creating a space committed to delivering care and wellness practices that strengthen the mind, body, and spirit to all. Improving your quality of life and relationships is a journey that doesn't need to be taken alone.
I am a fully licensed mental health therapist with diverse experience that sets me apart. My background has given me a specialization in some of the most common mental health struggles like anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ matters, and relationship conflict. I also have branched out in other focal points, including forensic evaluations, trauma therapy, bariatric counseling, and EDMR treatments.
As a clinical supervisor, I've cultivated a like-minded team of compassionate professionals with whom my vision resonates with. Together, we help change the lives of others through healing and growth.
