Life Revisions Counseling, LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through liferevisions.com, how we use it, and the rights you have. Please read it alongside our Cookie Policy and Terms & Conditions.
## 1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us through the website, request an evaluation, book a consultation, or subscribe to updates, you provide us with information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any additional details you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we automatically collect information about your device and use of the site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and time spent on pages. This information is collected through cookies and analytics tools, and only when you consent through our cookie banner.
Sensitive information. We do not knowingly collect any protected health information (PHI) through this website. If you email or message us with health-related content, we treat it as confidential under professional counseling standards. Do not send us protected health information through unsecured channels; contact us to establish a secure communication method.
## 2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and provide clinical or evaluation services, send updates you have opted into, understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and comply with our legal obligations as a licensed counseling practice.
## 3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with: (a) service providers who host, operate, or support the website under confidentiality obligations (such as Squarespace and Google Analytics); (b) legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or professional licensing rules; and (c) with your explicit written authorization.
## 4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-7JQ72H93FS) with IP anonymization enabled and no data sharing with Google's advertising products. We also use Squarespace's built-in visitor analytics. ## 5. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, comply with our legal and professional obligations, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default. Client records for licensed counseling and evaluation services are retained per applicable state licensing and board rules for the professions in which we hold licensure.
## 6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, limit, or export the personal information we hold about you, opt out of certain uses, and withdraw consent to any processing based on consent. To exercise these rights, email obaylor@liferevisions.com. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
## 7. Notice at Collection for Florida, California, and Other Applicable State Residents
If you are a resident of Florida, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy or communications-privacy law, the following also applies.
Categories of personal information collected. Identifiers (IP address, device identifier), internet activity information (pages viewed, referrer, time on site), general geolocation, and any information you voluntarily submit through forms or email.
Sources. Directly from you (forms, emails, phone calls), automatically through cookies and analytics, and from service providers that host or support the site.
Purposes. Site operation, responding to inquiries, providing services, understanding site use, improving the site, and legal compliance.
Retention. As described in Section 5.
Rights. As described in Section 6, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell or share), and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what you request).
Florida Security of Communications Act. We do not enable, install, or activate any device, script, or technology that intercepts, records, or otherwise accesses the contents of any electronic communication on our website without your prior express consent. Consent is obtained through the affirmative "Accept all" action on the cookie banner. If you do not consent, non-essential trackers do not run.

## 8. Children
The website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
## 9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the cookie banner or by email.
