Life can be challenging, but seeking help is a major step toward personal growth. As your therapist, I meet you where you are in your journey, creating a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can unapologetically be yourself. Trust is key in our therapeutic relationship, and together we can gain insight and help you move toward a life of authenticity.

My approach to therapy is integrated and customized to your specific needs. I believe everyone is unique and use evidence-based practices combined with an intersectional lens to understand how systems impact our individual experiences. My mission is to provide affirming and inclusive care for all identities -- you are seen and you are valued.

I believe you are the expert in your life, and we will work collaboratively to identify your goals. I am here to support you and help you cultivate tools to stay grounded so that you can move through the world with confidence and resilience.

As humans, we are constantly evolving and being shaped by our experiences. With courage, compassion, and curiosity, we can overcome life’s challenges and become the best version of ourselves. My goal is to empower you to heal and fiercely be yourself!
